What you will do

Reporting to the QA Manager, you will take care of the following activities:
Participating in specification reviews to provide input on testability requirements, writing Test Plans, designing, and developing automated test case scripts for Desktop, Web and Mobile applications, Identify, record, document thoroughly and track defects
Work as part of the Automation Testing team in Eidosmedia
Develop performance tests and create benchmarks
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

Technical profile

Experience of automation software engineering, competent in multiple scripting languages (preferably Java on a UNIX or Linux platform)
Good coding skills (html, js, css, xml, xslt, json)
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming/Object Oriented Analysis principles
Knowledge of UNIX, Windows OS and servers’ management
Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes (Micro Focus Silk and SmartBear Test Complete)
Knowledge of Mobile Testing methodologies and Mobile automation of IOS and Android devices
Familiarity with Agile frameworks, regression testing, performance and/or security testing
Ability to write technical instructions in the use of programs and/or program modifications.
Good English communication skills
